Do I need to buy separate roofracks to be able to put a Thule roofbox on the original roofbars, or will it fit on the original, and is it solid and safe?

Where can I find that

I left the Dacia roof bars to preserve the design. I wanted to install the Thule roof rack so high because I carry canoes on the roof, and if the roof racks are too low, it is easy to damage the roof.

@LUusemaa very nicely done! is there any reason why you couldn’t remove the Dacia roof bars and use the holes and screws from them to locate a Thule Wingbar? Looking for an option that doesn’t involve the skills you clearly have!

well i'm 42 now , but when i was kid my Father told me to never use handbrake on -15 C or more ! is just old experience from Dacia users. that was liek 30 year ago . Dacia is not a good car is just economic :))

So the roof bars turn into roof rails dont they. Why do you need to buy more roof rails?

Am I missing something here? AFAIK the Jogger comes with factory roof bars.

had the same issue with both my wheels frozen on the Jogger. had to use the gas blow torch to warm up the rake drums and melt the ice... stupid idea not to give users the option not to use the handbrake...

How do park car handbrake off. 1. Turn off engine (Handbrake turns automatically on. 2. Put 1 gear ON! 3. Open door - a little is enough. 4. Push engine start button - only button (not brake pedal). 5. Push brake pedal and relase handbrake by pressing handbrake button down. 6. Leave the car - its parking now whitout handbrake ON (Alarm bells ringing).

Well we all know not to use the manual parking brake in freezing conditions. It it even possible to turn this car off without the brake engaging? I didn’t want keyless and electric parking brake, but they were bundled with adjustable seat and steering wheel 🤷‍♂️
